Taitokaari is a pioneer of real estate funds in Finland. In 2009 we implemented Finland’s first real estate fund for a large number of investors. For the first time, fund investors were able to take advantage of economies of scale that had previously been only achievable by large institutional investors. In total, we have led eight different housing or real estate fund projects.
Vast knowledge of the market and local presence helps us identify the right investment targets and act quickly due to our agile company structure. We build and develop the projects ourselves, making them stable return targets at the end of the value chain. We are one of the leaders in terms of returns from real estate investments which is a key thing in our approach to different projects.
We can develop completely new types of earning models or clarify the existing ideas of our partners. We work on projects as an expert, a profit-sharing partner, or a co-investor.
