Rakennuskaari Oy is a company that specializes in construction, and it was established in 2010. By having the operation under our own name, we are able to ensure the timely implementation of projects. Whereas the experience held by our staff guarantees the cost-effectiveness even in the most demanding construction and supervision tasks.
We specialize in providing comprehensive solutions in the fields of building- and household technology for buildings that hold a unique value which can be historical value, high-level housing, or commercial building. Furthermore, we provide services for façade improvements, or reforming apartment buildings.
We mainly operate in the metropolitan area and Tampere.
Production of new housing
From 2013 to 2018, we have been involved in building approximately 2400 apartments in the Southern-Finland. Our operations are guided by the life cycle thinking of construction. We utilize our expertise in the renovation building and provide technical management after the building is finished if requested
Repair of housing assosiations
Our primary goal is to increase the shareholder value. We carry out repairs for each building section and the renovation of the entire property, securing the owner’s cash flow. Our projects have received excellent feedback from both owners and residents. We are also a public framework agreement supplier.
RENOVATIONS AND ALTERATIONS TO COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE
Renovation and alteration projects are carried out according to the needs of the user and the goal set by the property owner. We master the principles of cost and responsibility sharing and know the Quality Factors of a good work environment. Boundary conditions are set for the project, which consists of the user’s space requirements, the limits set by the structures, technical systems, and condition of the property, as well as the economy.
RENOVATIONS OF RETAIL AND SHOPPING CENTER PROPERTIES
Our experience covers the varying needs ranging from the facelift of small stores and the implementation of large store complexes and the renovation of the entire shopping center into a functional entity.
