KOy Vuosselin Helmi is a dream for skiers and outdoor enthusiasts. Helmi was built in 2001 and is located in Kuusamo at Vaunukuja 3, 93825 RUKATUNTURI.
The company consists of three apartment buildings with a total of 100 apartments. All apartments are 22 m2 in size. There are also 40 m2 units, created by combining two apartments with a spiral staircase. From Helmi’s buildings, it’s approximately 10 meters to Ruka’s ski slope. Most of the apartments have been sold to private individuals.
