As. As Oy Nokian Maamerkki is a 12-story apartment building located in the center of Nokia. Construction began on May 11, 2009, and the project was completed in August 2010. It is Nokia’s tallest building. During construction, we focused on high-quality and impressive materials, and the apartments feature first-class amenities. The building comprises a total of 52 apartments, ranging from 50.5 m² to 176.5 m². The apartments were sold as owner-occupied homes.
